Therapy Rates and Insurance Information

Insurance Accepted: We currently accept a variety of providers including Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, CareFirst, Cigna/EverNorth, Tricare, and Optum/United Behavioral Health. 

Therapy Rates: 

- Intake Session: $200 

- Individual Session: $175

- Couples Session: $200 

- Family Session: $135 

- Group Session: $70 

- VASAP Assessment: Call for Rate 

We also offer sliding scale fees based on need. 

Cancellation Policy: Please note that all sessions must be canceled within 24 hours. If you do not provide adequate notice, there will be a cancellation fee equal to the full amount of your session fee, which must be paid in full prior to your next session.
